Running Club

A club to give regulated training and guidance to anyone interested in distance running. For those students with no running experience who are interested in being more active and healthy, to runners who want to improve their distance and speed, the club is open to anyone. Training sessions are tailored to individual needs so to begin all you need is an interest in running, a desire to improve and a pair of running shoes! The club will meet three times per week after school & on weekends, each for around one hour, offering different types of running training. Runners must attend two session per week minimally. As students improve they will also have the opportunity to participate in events, club races, and time trials, building towards our long-term goal; participation in the Salzburg Half Marathon or 10km event in May, the city’s flagship event with thousands of runners from across the world.
