Capital Levy Feeall new applicants€2,500.00The Capital Levy is a one-time charge levied for all newly-enrolled students which assists the school with specific, capital expenditures in facilities and campus improvements. This Capital Levy is charged one time for siblings and is non-transferable and non-refundable. If a student is enrolled and pays the Capital Levy, departs the school and returns within 24 months, the Capital Levy is not charged again.

Incidentals Accountall full and 5-day boarders€2,000.00The incidentals account is a fund that is deposited with the school for meeting the incidental costs of full- and 5-day boarding students. From this account, payments for at-cost activities, winter sports equipment rentals, pocket money, exam fees, laundry fees, etc., are deducted.

Withdrawals and Refunds

Parents or guardians that voluntarily withdraw their child from the school during the school year are liable for payment of any trimesters begun by the student. Only unstarted trimester terms will be refunded along with any funds in the student incidentals account. All payments of tuition and fees, excepting the Capital Levy and Application Fee, are refunded in full should a student not arrive and begin the school year on the published starting date.

Should a student be dismissed for inappropriate actions in direct violation of the school’s fundamental expectations following review by the AIS-Salzburg Disciplinary Committee along with the school administration, no refund of tuition or fees will be granted.
