Start your AIS-Salzburg Journey Today! AIS-Salzburg has a rolling admissions process whereby applications can be accepted throughout the year and a waiting list is created only after all dormitory spaces have been filled. We recommend, therefore, that your applications be submitted and complete before May 31 of each year. This is especially important if you require a visa to enroll in our school as the process can take up to eight weeks to complete successfully.

The American International School-Salzburg is an independent, nonsectarian, non-denominational, private educational institution offering college-preparatory, secondary educational programming to students of any nationality between the ages of 12 and 19 who are accepted after completing theadmissions process.
In its admissions decision, the AIS-Salzburg administration will try to establish a diverse student body representative of a wide variety of students from various backgrounds in order to emphasize our belief that diversity and understanding are essential elements in an international education.
