• Refrain from harassment, discrimination, bullying, cyberbullying, intimidation, hazing, or abusive behavior.

• Contribute positively to the safety and well-being of others.

• Be honest in my words and actions.
• Accept responsibility for my behavior and decisions.
• Respect the property, privacy, and rights of others.
• Follow school rules and applicable laws.

Uphold Academic Honesty

• Complete academic work honestly and independently.
• Give proper credit to the work and ideas of others.
• Refrain from cheating, plagiarism, unauthorized collaboration, or misuse of artificial intelligence technologies.
• Maintain the trust that is essential to academic learning and scholarship.

Support Community Safety

• Follow all health, safety, safeguarding, and supervision requirements.
• Report situations that may threaten the safety or welfare of any member of the community.
• Cooperate with school staff during emergencies, investigations, and disciplinary processes.

Demonstrate Responsible Citizenship

• Conduct myself appropriately both on and off campus.
• Represent AIS-Salzburg positively in public settings.
• Use technology and social media responsibly.
• Contribute positively to the boarding and school community.

I understand that my actions affect the welfare of others and the quality of life within the AIS-Salzburg community.

I acknowledge that serious violations of school expectations may result in disciplinary consequences including restriction of privileges, probation, suspension, dismissal, or expulsion.

I understand that the Academic Program Handbook, Student Life Handbook, and all official school policies form part of my enrollment agreement and govern my conduct throughout the school year.

As the parent or legal guardian of the above-named student, I acknowledge that:

• I have reviewed the expectations outlined in this agreement.
• I understand that AIS-Salzburg maintains standards necessary to protect the safety, welfare, and educational mission of the school.
• I support the school's efforts to uphold these standards consistently and fairly.
• I will work cooperatively with the school in addressing concerns regarding my child's conduct, academic integrity, attendance, safety, and community participation.
• I understand that disciplinary decisions are made in accordance with established school policies and procedures.

I have reviewed this Community Commitment and Code of Conduct Agreement with my child and support the expectations contained herein.
