All new and returning students to AIS-Salzburg who have previously paid a tuition deposit are asked to complete this rooming request form with complete and accurate information before August 1. Seniority rooming is based upon date of acceptance to the school as recorded by the accounting office. Students who have not submitted the tuition down payment or have not turned in a rooming request form by August,1 will be placed at the end of the seniority list. Students will be placed in their first-choice room unless it is reserved by someone higher in seniority. If a desired room is already taken, the administration will move to the student’s second choice, until a room is assigned. It may be that all rooms that a student selects on this sheet are taken and the administration must place a student in the next available room similar to those selected.

If no form has been returned by the deadline, the administration will make room and roommate placements based upon compatibility factors such as age, grade level, academic program, mother tongue, etc. The administration reserves the right to make all final decisions and considerations regarding room and roommate assignments for the coming school year.
