In the event of illness, injury, emergency evacuation, or other urgent circumstances, I authorize AIS-Salzburg to arrange appropriate transportation for my child when necessary.

This may include transportation to:

• • Hospitals
  • Medical clinics
  • Emergency shelters
  • Government authorities
  • Transportation hubs
  • Other locations necessary for the student's safety and welfare

I understand that:

1. AIS-Salzburg maintains responsibility for student safety while students are under school supervision.
2. Transportation arrangements are made in good faith and with reasonable care.
3. Travel plans may occasionally require modification due to weather, safety concerns, transportation disruptions, government regulations, or other unforeseen circumstances.
4. The school reserves the right to refuse release of a student when questions arise concerning safety, authorization, supervision, or safeguarding concerns.
5. Additional travel permissions may be required for specific excursions, international travel, athletic competitions, or special events.
