FAQ

Q: What food and drinks will be provided?

A: Friday evening at 5 PM kicks off the weekend with smash burgers and fries, with beer, wine, water, and soda available for purchase at cost. On Saturday morning, those staying in the dorms will receive a continental breakfast and that evening, all guests will enjoy a complimentary mixed barbecue buffet, with the same drink options available at cost. Sunday wraps things up with a leisurely brunch featuring made-to-order omelets, fresh juices, coffee, tea, and a full continental spread.

Q: Do you accept payment by card?

A: Yes. We will accept cash or card.

Q: Is there parking at the school?

A: Unfortunately, parking is extremely limited. We advise all guests to travel to school-sponsored events via bus, bike, or foot to avoid any parking conflicts. The 21 bus drives directly from the city center to the front door of the school and the walk takes about 45 minutes from the city center. Taxis are widely available for use throughout the city, too.

Q: Are there still rooms available to reserve at the school?

A: Yes, we have had some cancellations and currently have single and multiple-bed rooming options. Please contact Kevin Fox for room requests at [email protected].

Q: Can I see the guest list so I can see who is coming?

A: No, sorry. Due to data privacy laws, we are unable to share this information. If you email David Burns with questions about attendees, he can let you know how many from particular years and their first names. You can reach him at [email protected]
