The American International School-Salzburg is a small, college-preparatory boarding school for students in grades 7 through 12 from around the world. As a community of learners with high goals and standards, we pride ourselves on our commitment to addressing the educational needs of students who have the ability and motivation to strive intellectually, grow individually, and contribute socially. Founded in 1977, the school has been serving an international community of families who have chosen AIS-Salzburg for the profound cultural richness of the region of Salzburg, Austria, the excellent academic preparedness for university studies, and the small, caring, and familiar environment the school provides.
